Your investment for Private Mentoring with Christine is as follows:
- $40,000 plus: 1) 4% of your company's common stock post financing OR 2) 2% of your company's common stock + a percentage of revenue for the first 2 years of engagement. This investment is to be mutually determined between you and Christine.
- We extend the opportunity to our clients to divide the $40,000 initial fee into 3 equal monthly installments if required. If Christine travels to meet with you, these expenses will be billed to your company under separate cover.
As a result of working with Mighty Ventures we have forged key alliances, optimized our market position, and have a clear and compelling strategy. Now we’re poised to raise the greatest amount of financing possible while giving up the least amount of equity.
